Suitable for all Freedom meal plans solely

Ingredients:
½ medium Cucumber, peeled and sliced
6 oz. Greek Yogurt
½ Jalapeno, minced
1 Tbsp recent Cilantro leaves, chopped
¼ tsp Ground Cumin
¼ tsp Curry Powder (optionally available)
Juice of ½ recent Lime

Preparation:
Combine the cucumber, yogurt, chili and cilantro in a bowl.  Add cumin and curry powder (optionally available) and add the juice of a recent lime. Mix till mixed. Refrigerate for not less than half-hour earlier than serving.
